2-3 Year Magewell Warranty

All Magewell hardware sold through ForeFront Imaging carries a 2-3 year manufacturer warranty (model dependent) from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. Physical damage, liquid damage, and damage from misuse are not covered.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us first before returning any goods. Call us on +44 (0)116 277 5730 or use the contact form. Describe the fault and we will triage the issue — in many cases we can resolve the problem without a return being necessary.

If a return is required, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Do not return goods without an RMA number as this will delay processing.

30-Day Returns Policy

We operate a 30-day returns policy on Magewell products purchased from ForeFront Imaging, subject to the goods being returned in original condition and packaging. Contact us before returning any goods to obtain an RMA number.

Trade Account Returns

Trade account holders with established credit terms should contact their account manager directly for warranty and return queries. We aim to process all warranty claims within five working days of receiving the returned goods.

All Magewell products sold by ForeFront Imaging carry the standard Magewell manufacturer warranty — typically 2–3 years depending on the product. Warranty support is handled directly through ForeFront Imaging, so you deal with us rather than chasing the manufacturer.

Contact ForeFront Imaging directly by phone or email. We handle DOA (dead on arrival) and warranty claims quickly — typically a same-week replacement or repair. You'll deal with one person throughout the process.

Yes. Contact us as soon as possible if you've ordered the wrong product. We'll advise on the best route — return for credit, exchange, or part-exchange. Products must be in original, unused condition.

All Magewell products sold by ForeFront Imaging carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Some products carry a 3-year warranty — check the individual product page or contact us to confirm for your specific device.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, incorrect power supply, or damage from unauthorised modification. Firmware and software updates are provided free of charge throughout the warranty period.
