About this product

The Magewell Mini Repeater HDMI 4K is a compact signal-conditioning device that extends HDMI cable runs and recovers signal integrity. If your captured image flashes, drops to wrong colours, or you see an "unsupported signal" prompt, the Mini Repeater is usually the answer.

It receives a degraded HDMI signal, equalises and re-clocks it, and re-transmits a clean signal. Supports HDMI 2.0 at full 4K60 4:4:4, with a 594MHz pixel rate and 6.0 Gbps per-channel HDMI data rate. Compatible with DVI sources through standard adaptors. Supports HDCP 1.x and 2.x pass-through.

At 58mm long and powered from the HDMI signal itself (with an optional 5V USB cable for tougher runs), it fits inline anywhere along the cable path. With high-quality HDMI cables, it supports 4K at 10m total cable length (or 20m for 2K signals).
