The Pro Capture Quad HDMI 4K provides four fully independent HDMI capture channels with 4K-capable processing on a full-height PCIe x8 card. It is the maximum-density HDMI ingest specification — four channels of broadcast-grade capture in one slot.
Aimed at multi-camera 4K production workflows: four 4K HDMI cameras feeding a single live-production PC for simultaneous switching and recording. Common in high-end broadcast and live-streaming environments, school esports facilities with 4K cameras, and houses of worship running premium 4K multi-camera productions.
Each of the four channels has its own FPGA, so they run completely independently. Mixed-resolution input is supported, and the four channels appear as four separate capture devices to software like vMix or Wirecast.
