The Pro Convert 12G SDI 4K Plus Module is the top-end SDI-to-NDI encoder blade for the Modator 2U chassis — 12G-SDI input encoded to full-bandwidth NDI at the full 4K60. The highest-bandwidth SDI conversion available in a rack chassis.
For broadcast facilities running premium 4K SDI workflows migrating to NDI distribution, this is the rack-mount specification. Backward compatibility with 6G, 3G, HD and SD-SDI means the same blade adapts to whatever signal the source camera delivers — useful in mixed-vintage camera estates transitioning to 4K over time.
Up to 10 of these blades fit in one Modator chassis. Ten independent 4K60 SDI-to-NDI encode channels in 2U of rack space replaces a wall of standalone converter boxes.
