The Pro Convert HDMI 4K Plus Module is the premium HDMI-to-NDI encoder blade for the Modator 2U chassis — HDMI 4K60 input encoded to full-bandwidth NDI at 4:4:4 colour fidelity. The 4:4:4 chroma matters for colour-critical work where graphics, text and computer screen content are part of the source.
In a Modator chassis populated with these blades, a facility can encode up to ten independent 4K HDMI sources to NDI in a single 2U rack unit — the densest 4K NDI encode capacity available. For 4K broadcast galleries and premium corporate AV installations migrating from baseband to IP, this is the standard rack-mount specification.
