The Pro Capture Hexa CVBS is the digitisation workhorse for CCTV, security and analogue broadcast operations — six independent CVBS (composite) video channels with analogue audio on a single low-profile PCIe x1 card.
There remains a substantial installed base of CCTV and analogue video equipment in the UK that organisations would like to digitise without ripping out and replacing every camera. This card is built for exactly that: six BNC composite inputs, each running an independent PAL or NTSC channel, captured to file by software that sees six standard video devices.
Common deployments include legacy CCTV digitisation, archive operations transferring old analogue broadcast tape masters, and security control rooms that need analogue camera feeds available on a modern computer system for recording and remote monitoring.
