Magewell Modator 2U
Up to ten encoder, decoder and streaming modules in any mix, in one 2U rack chassis that powers and monitors them all.
Watch on YouTubeMagewell Modator 2U: Build a Complete Venue System, Job by Job
One 2U rack running a whole venue, built one job at a time with every cable shown on the real module faceplates: sources onto the network, pictures to every screen, a live stream with recording and a four-way control-room multiview. Then hot-swap, 24/7 running, the four ways to control it and what you need.
Watch on YouTubeWhen your sources are 4K and travel over the network, every 4K monitor, television, projector or video wall processor needs something to turn the stream back into HDMI. The Pro Convert for NDI to HDMI 4K Module is the 4K NDI decoder for integrators who would sooner keep that equipment in a rack than behind each screen. It takes one video stream from the network, at up to 4K resolution and 60 frames per second, and turns it into an HDMI signal. It is a decoding module made for rack-mounted, centralised deployment: it slides into the Magewell Modator 2U chassis, so a row of 4K displays can be fed from one tidy rack.
The same specification is also available in a standalone form. If one or two channels are all you need, see the standalone Pro Convert for NDI to HDMI 4K. The other modules are listed on the Modator range page.
