While some new products support NDI directly, many customers want to use their current equipment investments with NDI - compatible software and systems. Making your transition to video-over-IP easier and more affordable, the low-latency Pro Convert devices let you connect your existing sources such as cameras, acquisition, production, presentation, and distribution equipment into flexible, IP based production and streaming workflows.

Adopting NewTek’s royalty-free NDI® protocol for encoding and transmission, the Pro Converts help users to easily and reliably bring traditional video signals such as HDMI and SDI into IP-based live production and AV infrastructures. The NDI streams will be available to all NDI-compatible software and systems on the same network regardless of physical distance, ensuring high-quality, with low-latency.
Available in 4K and 1080p60 configurations the ultra-compact Pro Convert devices are ideal for both in-studio and portable field use. Value-added features for live production applications include a 1/4"-20 thread for standard camera-mounting accessories, preview and program tally lights, and NDI-based PTZ camera control. The units can be powered by the included AC adapter or via Power over Ethernet (PoE) for further deployment simplicity. Pro Convert products are also fully compatible with third-party hardware and software encoders and decoders to fit seamlessly into existing workflows
